Control of stocks on the basis of the sales realized, seasonal factor, holidays etc.  Preparation of reports on imported goods: Items which will run out of stock and Items with short shelf-life and notifying the Administration. Predicting the sales and creating a Plan for the needed quantities of goods on a monthly basis.
